Farm Box Overview

1. What is a Farm Box?

Our Farm Box (often known by the concept of CSA) is the simplest way to get the freshest produce straight from our fields. Think of it as a pre-paid subscription to the farm's annual bounty. By joining, you guarantee yourself a weekly or bi-weekly box filled with a curated selection of seasonal vegetables and herbs.

2. Season Durations

We offer three distinct seasons, allowing you to choose what works best for you:

  • Spring Season: Runs for 4 weeks, beginning in mid-May. (4 boxes total)

  • Main Season: Runs from June through September (16 weeks total).

    • Weekly Subscribers: Receive a box every week (16 boxes total).

    • Bi-Weekly Subscribers: Receive a box every other week (8 boxes total).

  • Winter Season: Runs for 12 weeks, bi-weekly, October through December. (6 boxes total)

You can sign up for one season or all seasons, the choice is yours!

3. Box Contents and Variety

Each delivery provides a carefully curated Farm Box filled with a selection of your favorite seasonal items. The contents change based on the harvest cycle:

Seasons Typical Contents

Spring -Focused on greens, spring carrots, radishes, and other early harvests.

Summer - Lots of variety! includes items like salad greens, tomatoes, green beans, onions, cucumbers, zucchini, garlic, sweet corn, broccoli, cauliflower, melons, and more.

Winter - Features sweet fall carrots, fresh cool season greens, winter squash, onions, and other storage crops.

Please Note: Seasons dictate availability and variety. Your box is always packed with the freshest produce ready for harvest.

New for 2026! We are thrilled to offer our Farm Box members the ability to customize their weekly delivery with à la carte add-ons from our on-farm store.

This flexibility allows you to not only order extra of your favorite farm products but also include specialty items from other trusted local and regional farms and producers that we carry in our store.

  • And more! We feature a whole, ever-changing list of products to complement your weekly box.

FAQ:

  • What if I won’t be able to accept my delivery on a particular week?

    You can claim a "vacation week" up to 3 days before your delivery date. When claimed, your account is credited automatically. You can use this credit toward add-on purchases or future Farm Box shares.

  • What if I forget to claim a vacation week?

    We encourage you to have a friend, family member, neighbor, or co-worker pick up the box for you or for themselves. The contents are non-refundable outside the 3-day vacation window.

  • Can I choose what I get in my box?

    No. Our shares will feature a variety of what we have available each week. Due the nature of our distribution, It’s impossible for us to customize each box to each customer. You are able to add extras of things from our farm store into your box, however!

  • Can I add on extra items from the weekly availability list?

    Absolutely! You can add items on each week from our online store. We’ll include a link to the store in our weekly email to you.

  • What items will I receive in my box?

    We grow **over 40 different types of vegetables**, so the contents change weekly based on seasonality and availability. We focus on popular staples while occasionally including something new to satisfy curious members. click here to see a more detailed list

  • How do I get my box?

    Pick-up is exclusively drop-site based. When you order your Farm Box, you will select a convenient drop-site location. Your box will be ready for pick-up there every Tuesday for the duration of the season.
