If you’ve been following Twisted River Farm on Facebook or Instagram, chances are you’ve noticed some recipes we’ve shared recently. If you haven’t seen them, now’s your chance to take a look.

We’ve had so much fun the last couple months partnering with Jenn Arndt, a locally based registered dietitian, whose creative cooking is the mastermind behind the latest recipes on our website.

Sure, the default way to use microgreens may be as a way to dress up a meal, or throw into a salad. That’s easy enough. But Jenn’s recipes prove that microgreens can be a fun addition to some of your favorite meals, not only adding a pop of color and creativity, but boosting the nutrition in a meal!
